Ripley Castle

Romance and drama, villainy and heroism; all feature strongly in the seven centuries of history bound up in the handsome edifice of Ripley Castle, set in the magnificent Yorkshire countryside just a few miles north of Harrogate. Few venues could be finer than Ripley's beautiful landscaped grounds which form the backdrop for a splendid outdoor Night at the Proms. The audience enjoy a superb view down to the stage in its natural amphitheatre setting with the lovely lake beyond. The spectacular Fireworks Finale will be magically reflected in the water.

For your own comfort please remember that although it is summer, the evenings can get quite chilly. So we recommend that you bring a blanket or coat to keep out the evening cold.

NB: This concert completely sold out in advance last year so early booking is advised.
